Updated Tariff installation instructions

Import directly from the web

1) In the Made to Measure Software. Click on the TC (tariff codes) button on the menu bar. At the bottom of the TC window there are a row of buttons - click on the Import button. Then click on the Web Update button. (You need to be connected to the internet)

2) The tariff codes will be retrieved from the website.

3) Place a tick in the MedAid2010, Discovery & Medscheme. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE

4) Now click on import. The new codes will be imported into your program.
