Made To Measure has a history of providing fast, friendly and helpful support to its customers. Although we strive to make our software as user-friendly as possible, we do also offer a wide range of technical support if problems arise.

This section is devoted to answering some of the more common questions and technical problems we receive.


Note: This is by no means a complete list! If you have a question that this section does not answer, there are many other ways in which to receive support and advice:

1. Check the FAQ's! The FAQ's should be your starting point for any general questions you might have.

2. Read the Online Support Manual (Help Files)! Every aspect of our Medical Accounting software is covered in the supplied Online Support Manual. This can be found under the "Help" menu. It should help you with regards to any problems you may encounter using our software.

3. Use the Forum! Our user-friendly forum is a great place to get questions answered - other users may have had the same question/problem as you. You can also glean tips/advice from us and other users.

4. Email us! We do our best to respond to all our emails promptly - whether they are simple queries, software support or hardware problems.

5. Phone us! Need an answer or solution urgently? We maintain standard office hours, and there sould be someone available to assist you over the phone. Note that these calls are charged at R280 p/hr.
