Patients

• Patient details meet medical aid requirements.
• Choose Private, RAMS, WCA or a special rate for any patient.
• Appointments are easily captured using just your code. Prices and descriptions can be adjusted.
• Afrikaans accounts are printed for Afrikaans patients.
• Lists of Referring Doctors and ICD10 Diagnoses are kept.

Statements

• One-off statements can be printed as required.
• Monthly statements will automatically print for all outstanding accounts, with different messages for recent and long outstanding accounts.
• All unpaid treatments are reflected on the account (open item debtors).
• Old paid treatments can be retrieved at any time.
• Statements may be printed on special, preprinted stationery or on blank A4 paper.

Reports

• Age Analysis - outstanding accounts at a glance helps manage problem accounts
• Transaction Summary - totals of invoices, receipts, discounts, adjustments, refunds and interest are available for any given period.
• Daily Listing - lists treatments and receipts for each day so that you can check with your day sheets or appointment book. Treatments by different therapists can be separated, for those who are not using the multi-therapist module.
• Audit Trail - prints all transactions for the current month.

Medical Aids

• Duplicate accounts can be printed for direct submission to selected funds. Electronic submission to medical aids is managed by the additional EDI module.
• Age analysis by medical aid helps identify problem funds.
